But as life shifted into a wonderful new season—with my daughters grown and my grandchildren now in their teens—I found myself drawn to a sweeter, simpler rhythm. That calling inspired me to turn the page and open Butter & Blooms Farm Stand right here in Coventry, Connecticut, where I’ve been proud to call home for the past nine years.

The "Butter" in our name represents my love for scratch-made, artisanal baking. Every loaf, pastry, and sweet treat is crafted from scratch using wholesome ingredients and local farm products, bringing the warmth of classic country baking straight to your table.

The "Blooms" story began during a quiet pause in life that quickly blossomed into a vibrant love affair with the earth. With the loving guidance of my younger sister—a seasoned gardener whose green thumb inspires me daily—I fell in love with nurturing things from the soil. Today, that passion yields the lush, colorful flower bouquets and fresh garden veggies you’ll find resting on our shelves.

 Food has always been the center of my life, and for over two decades, my culinary world belonged to the savory side. Baking, however, calls for a different kind of magic—it is a meticulous art grounded in precision, science, and patience.
